In this role, he partners with executive leadership and operating units to develop, integrate, and manage security programs to protect employees, facilities, assets, and business operations.

He has held multiple security leadership roles at Xerox, including Manager of Physical Security Operations and Services, Manager of Security Services Group, Deputy Director, and Acting Director of Corporate Security, before being appointed Director of Corporate Security.

His responsibilities have included oversight of internal investigations, personnel management, asset protection, physical security operations, training programs, crisis management and business continuity, due diligence and pre-employment screening, executive protection, and security operating budgets. Prior to joining Xerox, Kevin served 7 years as a Deputy Sheriff with the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office in West Virginia, where he supported an intra-agency task force alongside Federal, State, and Local law enforcement agencies.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University and completed training at the West Virginia State Police Academy.  He also has a strong background in public service, having served as a Volunteer Firefighter, Emergency Medical Technician, and Scout Master with the Boy Scouts of America.

Kevin states “Earning the CPP was important to me because it represents a commitment to professional excellence and lifelong learning in the security field. Preparing for the certification challenged me to look beyond daily operations and think more broadly about risk, leadership, business continuity, investigations, crisis management, and the strategic role security plays in an organization. I would encourage other security professionals to pursue the CPP because the process strengthens your knowledge, validates your experience, and helps elevate both your career and the security profession as a whole.” Feel free to reach out to Kevin for advice on attaining the CPP.

Well done Kevin!
